CR2235: Decalomania! Image Transfer for Ceramics & Glass
This course is for students who want to appropriate photographs or found imagery, adapt 2-D artwork to 3-D forms, or explore variations on a single image. The curriculum includes silkscreening custom decals using ceramic pigments, explorng decals from the laser printer, and silkscreening directly onto wet clay slabs and non-fire transfer methods. Image transfer options for other media will be introduced. This class meets part-time at both the Georgetown and Downtown campuses.
