JE1350: Casting Techniques
Students will be introduced to the basic skills needed to create multiples of a piece. Topics explored will include wax working, simple casting, mold making, wax injection, casting stones in place, and finishing techniques for cast pieces. Students will create a limited production set as well as other projects.
The following prerequisites are required for this course:
JE1200 Introduction to Jewelry I.
