PD1100: Focus on Photojournalism
RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM
The two-week Focus on Photojournalism program offers students the opportunity to enhance their photography skills while exploring the thriving world of photojournalism in the nation’s capital. Award-winning Washington based photographers provide an exciting, real-life look at the principles and practice of their trade. Working with seasoned professional photojournalists within direct proximity to the legendary news-making sources and institutions that shape our current affairs, students learn to create picture stories and other documentation approaches by editing, captioning, and sequencing images.
