PH0822: The Food Photography Workshop
Learn how to take stunning, appetizing photographs of food. This workshop introduces the non-professional photographer to the techniques and equipment necessary to photograph food. Students explore the essentials of composition, lighting, and exposure, as well as the basic equipment needed to take great food photos. (Note: this emphasis of this course is on food photography and lighting, not food styling) Students must have their own Digital SLR camera and know the basics of how to use it.
