PRE-COLLEGE SUMMER POLICY OVERVIEW

STUDENT CONDUCT AND CONSENT FORMS

So that we may provide a safe, enjoyable learning environment for all of our students, there are specific policies and student code of conduct that must be followed. Once a student is registered, a welcome email will be sent with Student Information and Consent forms packet that contains the majority of those policies. The welcome email will be sent beginning in March. The forms must be completed and signed by the student and their parent or guardian by the deadline stated in the welcome email.

Note: Course schedules, syllabi and, faculty information are not available prior to the Orientation for each program.

SUMMER 2014 REFUND POLICY

Refunds of tuition, program fees, and room and board if applicable, will be processed according to the following schedule. A written request* to drop the class must be received by the Office of the Registrar by date specified below.

Session A Programs (starting June 23)
Drop request received:
On or before May 16.........Full refund
May 17-23........................75% refund
May 24-30........................50% refund
After May 31.....................No refund

Session B and C Programs (starting after July 7)
Drop request received:
On or before May 30.........Full refund
May 31-June 6..................75% refund
June 7-13.........................50% refund
After June 14....................No refund

Please note that the $35 registration fee is non-refundable.
*Written requests to drop classes must be sent from the student using the email address provided on the original registration form. Additional authorized email addresses may be provided in the consent form packet once we have processed those additional email addresses AND we have sent message from precollege@corcoran.org confirming that the additional email account is authorized to make written requests on behalf of the student.
